Same Day Appointments

A set number of Same Day Appointments are made available daily at midnight. These appointments are intended for urgent care needs, and we kindly request that routine visits or non-urgent concerns do not utilize these slots, ensuring they remain accessible to those requiring immediate attention.

If your medical concern cannot wait until the next available appointment, please visit your nearest Urgent Primary Care Centre or Walk-In Clinic. These facilities are equipped to provide prompt attention to urgent healthcare needs.

Telephone Call Backs

Call backs are fit in throughout your Family Physician’s day, for non-complex concerns like reviewing results, refilling prescriptions and minor infections. For concerns that require a physical exam, please book an in-person appointment. 

If you request a morning call back, you will be contacted between 08:30-12:00. 
If you request an afternoon call back, you will be contacted between 13:00-16:30. 
If you require a set appointment time due to scheduling, please book an in-person appointment. 

We do not have set telephone appointment times.

If you miss the call back, please call or email us, so we can advise your Family Physician to try and call you again. Repeated missed call backs will lead to the loss of utilizing this service.
